This program is designed to help you learn the fundamentals of electrical grounding so that you can safely install and maintain electrical circuits according to the rules defined in the National Electrical Code. The information in the textbook will provide you with a solid foundation in the principles of electrical grounding. The purpose of the textbook is to explain the principles of electrical grounding and to help you better understand the grounding requirements. The most important goal is to learn how electrical grounds are installed and maintained in the safest way possible.

Individuals in the Wastewater or Drinking Water Operator field who wish to be trained in the field or fulfill continuing education requirements through distance learning.
