Description
This unit will introduce you to the practice of using heat when cutting metal and other materials. You will learn about the most popular processes used in today's industries. This study unit explains the basic operating details, capabilities, and limitations of the various common thermal cutting processes. The materials typically cut with each process and the type of equipment used will also be described.
