Description
* Part one is designed to raise awareness of key financial indicators and the typical ranges for utilities. The information also discusses how these indicators reflect the fiscal health of the utility and what the trends mean. * Part two is designed to provide senior level autohoriy managers with an understanding of the tools and options available to them in order to finance certain authority capital projects in a cost effective and competitive manner. The course is also designed to assist them in the efficient administation of their authority's debt management program.
