Description
This course was developed to give participants an "awareness level" of proper procedures in delaing with a bomb incident. The bomb has become the weapon of choice for terrosrists and other radical groups. It is important that water and wastewater personnel have a basic understanding of how to deal with a bomb threat, a suspected bomb (ex. Suspicious package found on the grounds) or an actual explosive incident.
