Description
WEF in partnership with the US EPA developed a fats, oils and grease (FOG) control training coruse and conducted workshops throughout the country. After the success of this initial program, WEF developed the controls of Fats, Oils, and grease advanced training course. This course utilizes the knowledge of experts in the control of FOG and presents implementation details for a variety of FOG control options. The purpose of this training course is to present a well developed approach that can be used by utilities to design and implement their own site-specific FOG control programs and for preventing or eliminating the entry of FOG into the collection system.
