Description
Does your position require you to implement sanitary and storm sewer asset management programs or to assess the conditions of sewers and related equipment? This course has been updated and revised in response to pending regulatory changes to include more emphasis on rating sewer defects and determining the condition of underground piping infrastructure. Inspection techniques and record keeping procedures for the television inspection of sewers ranging in size from 4-inche diameter to walk through inspections of large diameter pipes.

* Discussions of various types of pipe and pipe materials, * Typical defects associated with each type of pipe and numerous illustrations and examples, * Videotaped inspection examples that highlight various inspection techniques and conditions typically encountered inspecting different types of pipe, * Inspection procedures are reviewed for identifying structural defects, maintenance problems and extraneous flows.
Target Audience
* Personnel who have conducted TV inspections now don't know how to use what A facilitly/system operator, engineer or manager who wants to use the tools of modern technology to more efficiently rate sewer conditions and determine sewer asset maintenance needs.
