Description
The course is intended to provide certified WWTP operators with the basic information they need to keep required record and make required reports. One of the legal obligations of certified operators is to identify actual or imminent violations and report them to the owner, along with recommendations on how to corect or prevent the violation. Recordkeeping and reporting requirements are among the many legal obligations imposed by the NPDES permit and by DEP regulations. Therefore, a general knowledge of these requirements is necessary for certified operators to meet their obligations.
