Description
Preparing a Drought Plan when water supplies look good, gives systems the opportunity to really look at the situation in a non-emergency condition. Taking a look at the what-if factor and planning for if a and when the stages of drought strike will save systems time and money. Being able to still serve the customer base in a drought condition is a challenge with a plan, doing it without one is a critical situation.
