This two hour course provides five sections pertaining to Respiratory Protection. The Five sections include: 1. Introduction and History of the Respirator 2. Respirator Selection and Medical Evaluation 3. Use of Respirators 4. Breathing Air Quality and Use 5. Procedures for Cleaning Respirators This course is the complete Technical Manual pertaining to wearing respiratory protective devices to reduce exposure to airborne contaminants in industry. An estimated 5 million workers wear respirators, either occasionally or routinely. The course discusses the importance of selection, testing, and use of respirators.
