Description
Workshop contains superb visuals and interactive lecture to define potable water corrosion and the benefit of corrosion indexes. The operator will examine water quality issues (pH, temperature, hardness, alkalinity, TDS) and learn that effective corrosion control requires more than effective chemical usage. Integrating issues like disinfection, distribution piping, flushing schedules, coupon studies and electricity grounding can play a major role in corrosion control. Typical corrosion control practices are reviewed, compared and contrasted.
