This Introductory Guide for First Responders is essential for those employees who may be among the first to arrive at an incident of suspicious origin. It is intended to be a general introduction to the basic concepts for first-responder awareness at the scene of a potential terrorist incident. NOTE: This training program consists of four learning modules. * Module I: Terrorism in Perspective - following this introduction, an overview of terrorism from the perspective of the first responder.
