Description
Introduction to Trenchless Technologies provides an introduction to various Trenchless technologies available in today’s market to rehabilitate pipeline, service laterals, and structures of utility systems. Also discusses system assessment and evaluation. This is the first and most critical step to determining whether rehabilitation is needed and what trenchless technology may be appropriate.

System assessment and evaluation includes closed-circuit televising, smoke testing, inflow/infiltration testing, and for pressure systems, hydraulic performance assessment (flow rate/headloss assessments) and water quality sampling.
