Description
This course will provide an introduction to chemistry of oxidation and description of various commercially available chemicals for the oxidation aspects of water and wastewater treatment. Bill Miller, the instructor of this course, has spent many years of his career working with these chemicals and will provide an overview of oxidation by-products, use of the oxidating chemicals in combination with mechanical treatment, and case studies of chemical usage.
