Description
This course discusses the use of introduced biological agents in the treatment of potable waters and wastewater. The purpose of these agents, organisms, nutrients, etc., is to make the treatment more efficient and, in some cases, more harmonious with the natural environment. The course stresses practices well within the parameters of safe and well tested methods.
