Description
The course will provide an introduction to Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition instrumentation. The instructor will describe what SCADA can do, such as monitoring treatment processes. They will also discuss the type of data it can automatically gather, such as dissolved oxygen. Using data gathered, SCADA can control plant equipment to maintain the system within parameters the operator sets.
