Description
Most of us do not know or do not care to know where grease and greasy waters end up once it leaves our sinks and floor drains, i.e., far from sight far from mind. We pretend that it disappears just like magic. It does not. We all pay for it and for all the problems it may cause especially when it clogs the sewer system and results in what is known as Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO). That is when sewers get clogged with grease and sewer back ups into businesses, offices and homes occur.
