Description
This course covers the basic principles of electricity and how they apply to the industrial environment. Electrical safety is also stressed. It includes the information on industrial electrical subjects necessary to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain most industrial electrical equipment. This course is not only for novice, but serves as an excellent refresher for the experienced electrician. It is also well-suited for the non-electrician for the purpose of cross craft training. With the highly complicated interrelationships of electrical and mechanical systems in most modern equipment, this course elimates the age-old argument of whether the problem is mechanical or electrical.
