Description
The purpose of this module is to provide a brief history of the National Pretreatment Program, introduce participants to the legal authorities necessary to develop and operate a pretreatment program and familiarize participants with methods POTW's use to identify and monitor industrial users, enforce the regulations and report to authorities. This four-hour course is made up of five units.
