The primary purpose of this course General Chemistry is to provide an overview of the fundamentals of chemistry, including the concept of matter and its structure, the laws of chemistry, chemical reactions, stoichiometry and solutions. Treatment plant operators require this knowledge so that they may effectively perform their job duties.
