Description
The purpose of this class is to instruct attendees how to properly perform the duties of a highway flagger and how to properly establish a safe highway work zone using properly placed signs and cones as outlined by Penn Dot Publication 213. The flagger portion of this class is Penn DOT approaved and those who successfully complete this course will receive a Penn DOT Wallet Card Certificate.
