Description
Introduced in 1991, this course resulted from student input regarding the need to improve communication in the water and wastewater systems. Communication within the system, as well as with the municipal entities and customers, was also emphasized.
The course is intended to provide a review of the basic elements of communication and to guide students in their use and applications in the work place.
