Description
The pupose of this course is to provide the particpant with instruction and the hands-on experience required to safely rescue an entrant from a confined space. The training involves the use of rescue techniques such as, but not limited to: vertical and horizontal retrieval, stretcher removal, victim removal in a full body harness, rescue using self contained breathing apparatus in a simulated hazardous atmosphere.
