This is the first part of a 3-part course on Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR). The ffirst part gives a detailed description of the two nutrients groups, Nitrogena nd Phosphorus. Then why nutrient removal is important and a brief synopsis of removal processes that every plant employee should know. Part 2 will have more detail on the available processes. Part 3 will concentrate on the processes selected for the Dover facility.
