Description
This course is incorporated into the initial and refresher training programs for BV Site Utility Technicians (Water Treatment Operators). It provides learners with an overview of ater treatment concepts and methods. In conjunction with these basic training modules, learners receive hands-on and classroom instruction of site-specific systems and procedures.

* Primary water treatment including screens, clarifiers and filters
* Use of chlorine to kill microorganisms
* Removal of dissolved solids
