Description
This course will present an introduction to the fundamentals of instrumentation, including vocabulary and nomenclature. Pressure and flow fundamentals will be presented in practical terms. Learn the how's and why's of the equipment you use each and every day.

* Basic formulas, conversions and calculations * Pressure and velocity * Measuring and transmitting devices * Proper equipment usage (including orifice plates, flow nozzles, positive displace meters, velocity meters, pressure calibrators and transconducers) * Equipment safety * Calibration equipment
