Description
This course prepares individuals who would be in a leadership-command position during a major event or incident. It allows the participant to understand how resources can be accessed and deployed on a large scale. Through role playing exercises the participant learns how to prioritize and request resources and understand how to prioritize and request resources and understand how resources are assigned based on priority.
