Description
The purpose of the video series is to provide needed training for a wide variety of operators and managers of small public water systems. Operators have the responsibility of ensuring the safe and pleasant drinking water is delivered to everyone's tap. The know-how in these videos helps the operators do their job with greater knowledge and efficiency. Managers, in their oversight of a given system, see that maintenance, recordkeeping, reporting, public complaints and budgeting are properly handled. The know-how covered in these videos will increase their background knowledge regarding the system and provide specific training regarding administrative tasks. Owners and governing bodies must understand the needs and provide operators and managers with the resources to perform their jobs.

Target Audience
