Description
Our nations most valuable resource is the infrastructure that serves the water and wastewater needs of our small communities. In the wake of tragic events a new importance has been placed on the vulnerabilities of this infrastructure and how best to protect it. Governing bodies and all system personell of small water and wastewater utilities need to understand the importance of all the aspects of their system being vulnerable to all kinds of occurances, not just terrorist acts. If a system does not have good business practices already in place, they are more vulnerable to acts of destruction, be it manmade or acts of God. This course is designed to address good business practices as they relate to system security.
