Description
This training program is to be a comprehensive program integrating many aspects of the current ALCOSAN basic regional conveyance training plan, and going several steps further to ensure that the staff of ALCOSAN have all the necessary information and tools to meet the Minimum Control #1 of the Nine Minimum Controls (NMC) document.
This training program is to be comprehensive in nature, that it will cover all aspects of the Interceptor System. There will be added emphasis, after the basic introduction to the system, on the operation and maintenance issues, including inspection and cleaning, routine dry weather operation and maintenance, wet weather operation and maintenance, along with non-routine and emergency situations.

Course Content
This course defines documentation and record keeping requirements to be in compliance with ALCOSAN’s NPDES, CMOM and Consent Decree. Students will become knowledgeable of what a critical facility is and where they are located in their system. Students will be presented with responsibilities that they have in maintaining those critical facilities. Students will be given a checklist for Rising River Conditions and Over Flow Response Plan
