This workshop describes the economic framework and tools developed to help utilities with biosolids management planning. It is envisioned as a way for members of wastewater and biosolids management agencies, researchers, consultants, and regulators to see the broad range of benefits and costs associated with their biosolids management options, and how to take these in consideration.
