Description
This was developed for new water quality staff and a refresher for experienced personnel. There has been a substantial turnover of staff and this course is needed to expose them to evidence gathering, documentation, interviewing techniques and various negotiation tactics. This course was prompted and an outcome of the State Review Framework conducted in 2005/2006.
