Description
The requirement for water and wastewater operators has increased. They have a greater need for technical training. However, the education on the basics of why we do what we do often gets lost, as the motivation by which to maintain excellent operations gets muddled. Public health and safety has to go beyond just meeting regulatory requirements. Operates to be infused on a regular basis with the deeper reasons for why their jobs are so important to society, even today.
