Description
Unfortunately, even though managing performance and conduct is a very important part of a manager's job, many managers receive precious little guidance on handling employee discipline. While many systems have a progressive discipline system or policy in place, they don't always take the time to train their managers in the nuts and bolts of how to discipline employees in a way the gets results. And even when systems do provide some disciplinary guidelines, managers are left alone to face the stress, uncertainty, and difficult emotions that accompany most discipline situations. This course is designed to train managers in proper and legal employee discipline.
