Description
This course presents essential safety concerns related to the inspection and operation of hand and portable power tools. Students will understand the mechanical operation and associated hazards related to the use of these tools. Tool construction, safety features, safe tool handling techniques, field maintenance procedures and safety PPE will be covered in this program. This course will touch upon user training requirements and organizational policies & procedures.
