Description
DNCR is required to educate, for purposes of safety, employees who enter or who supervise confined space entry. In addition, all employees are required to attend right-to-know hazardous substance training as required by PA regulation.

Basic thru Intermediate
Course Content
Attendees will be instructed on the proper entry of confined spaces, including but not limited to: metering devices for the detection of hazardous gases, confined space equipment inspection and usage, and how to respond in cases of emergencies. *to-Know hazardous substance training, including but not limited to: identifying hazardous substances, reporting hazardous substances, training employees about RTK, and how to read and interpret MSDS information.
Target Audience
State park staff, some state forest staff, some DEP staff.
