Description
After completing this course, the student will be able to identify preventative and predictive maintenance within his/her division to lower the time and cost of corrective maintenance. There will be a discussion explaining the process that is necessary to accomplish this. Included will be exercises necessary to complete this course. The instructor will discuss procedures to analyze every piece of equipment - solving problems before they occur by creating and instituting a preventative and predictive maintenance schedule. The course includes creating and implementing SOP’s for every section of the facility. The student will develop skills of team leadership and core team action through implementation of a CMMS system installed in various divisions. This course will provide a good hands-on attitude to evaluating and estimating equipment failure and downtime.
