>This course will give a thorough background on the Total Coliform Rule and the use of total coliform and E. coli for drinking water safety. Since the TCR applies to ALL public water systems, this course applies to all public water systems. > The course will be given in Powerpoint (which allows continual updates and corrections as needed) and will include handouts. Video and classroom discussion will help connect the learning experience to real life. > The course will help operators and managers better comply with the total coliform rule and groundwater rule, and better apply the use of coliform testing to distribution system water quality monitoring.
