Description
Due to the continuing updates and changes in the utility industry, it is necessary for all employees to have accurate and current knowledge relevant to their positions.
The original FACTS program which has been approved did not cover the meter reading review, the types of meters, or the meter reading equipment. The software screens used by the field service staff were reviewed in more detail and additional scenarios not used in the origional FACTS program are included in the update.
