Description
This courses presents basic and intermediate concepts of methods and technologies to treat wastewater generated from metal finishing operations. It presents an overview of laws, regulations and requirements for Pretreatment and NPDES permitees. It covers the types of wastes comonly generated at Industrial facilities. It provides details in discussing Phys-Chem technologies that are comonly used to treat wastewater containing metals, cyanide, acids, solvents, etc.
