Description
Operators of small wastewater treatment plants traditionally learn how to operate their facility from the previous operator. This type of on the job training is many times incompleter and/or incorrect.
The purpose of this course is to provide a brief overview of practical knowledge and skills an operator in charge of a small WWTP will need to know as well as to provide them with a small library of reference material. Students will also perform critical calculations, such as detention time & F/M using their own plant data.
