Description
There is an increasing demand for water/wastewater operators and managers to send regular correspondence and reports are part of their daily operations. Effective and professional written communication is a very important component of good operations and regulatory compliance. This course will review basic writing techniques applicable to operators and managers of water/wastewater systems. It will include writing for specific topics, including business correspondence, technical reports, business plans, proposals, progress reports for grants or other work projects.
