Internal Audit Seminar: This seminar will explore different ways to perform internal audits that will not only provide beneficial improvements to the laboratories but also fulfill the Pennsylvania DEP annual internal audit requirement. It will include breaking down the Pennsylvania DEP checklist into a usable format and creating laboratory specific checklists. Management System Reviews: Management System Reports (MSRs) are required as part of the PA DEP accreditation. We will explore the benefilts of an MSR, how to produce one, who to involve, and what to do with the information after it's done. Different ways to accomplish this requirement will also be included. Forms Seminar: Laboratory forms are a great way to organize a laboratory and provide documented evidence that the laboratory is following the necessary method and regulatory requirements. This seminar presents forms of all sizes and shapes for documenting simple tasks such as equipment temperatures all the way to more complicated documents like standard preparation logs.
