Description
On February 28, 2003, President Bush issued Homeland Security Presidential Directive 5 (HSPD-5) which directed that the Department of Homeland Security develop a National Response Plan (NRP), [hence Framework (NRF)] to align Federal coordinating structures, capabilities, and resources into a unified, all discipline, and all-hazards approach to domestic incident management. This course provides an introduction to the National Response Framework.
