Description
After the events of 9/11/01, there has been concern relating to the security at water and wastewater systems. This is an area that has been somewhat neglected in the past. As a result, EPA and state regulatory agencies have been requiring municipalities to develop emergency plans and conduct vulnerability analysis of their water and wastewater systems. This course will provide information to enable smaller communities (10,000), to start the process of developing emergency plans and vulnerability analysis of their systems.
