Description
NOVA Chemicals Inc., as the owner and operator of the facility, is required by OSHA to ensure all employees, contractors, and visitors are aware of the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing materials (ACM) at the site. This is to ensure ACM is not disturbed and personnel are not exposed to asbestos fibers.
