Description
OSHA requires the use of harnesses and other fall protection equipment whenever working above 6 feet. The Beaver Valley Site Utility Technicians have the potential to work above 6 feet. Therefore, they are provided training to ensure they understand the requirements and safe work practices necessary to work at elevated heights.

Course Content
At the end of this training, employees will understand and know how to use the following:
1. Personal Fall Protection Systems, including guardrails, fall arrest and positioning device systems.
2. Safety aspects, including the proper use and maintenance of personal fall arrest systems.
Target Audience
All BV Site personnel required to use Fall Protection including the Utility Technicians.
