Description
Capacity development is a fundamental goal of the 1996 Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) Amendments. It is the process through which utilities acquire and maintain adequate technical, managerial, and financial capabilities to enable them to consistently provide safe products. In order to be a sustainable utility the utility must have capacity development. This class will teach participants how to put it all together.
