Description
This course will cover the requirements of the NPDES permit, PA Clean Streams Law, Chapter 91 and 92a, Water and Wastewater Systems Operators’ Certification Program and Chapter 302, Subchapter L; System Operation. The course is intended to be an overview of the legal basis for the permit, key permit definitions, sampling and reporting requirements, proper calculations, and obligations of the permittee and the operator and how they relate to each other.
