Based on The Leadership Challenge written by James Kouzes and Barry Posner, there are five practices that make up exemplary leadership.

This program will help the leader to identify which characteristics they are visibly demonstrating--and which ones they need to work on demonstrating more often. Each practice is thoroughly reviewed through experiential exercises, videos, and discussions.
