Description
All CWS and NTNC systems are required to develop and update an Operation and Maintenance Plan (O&M) for
their system. DEP has developed guidance and templates. This course provides hands-on assistance with the
development or updates to O & M Plans based on DEP guidance. It is designed for smaller water systems with limited treatment and distribution systems.
